He enjoyed morning coffee almost daily with his brother-in-law and friend, Kenny.Leslie belonged to the Southern Independent Riders motorcycle club and was an avid supporter of the St. Jude Dream Day Foundation.In lieu of flowers, contributions to St. Jude's Dream Day Foundation.He was preceded in death by his sisters, Joyce Allen, Faye Stainbrook, Kathy Martin, and Peggy Davis; his brother, Gary Carter; his Parents, Mary Wallace Carter and George O'neal Carter and his daughter, Terah Lesso.Survivors include his Siblings, Vicki Savage (Larry), Biloxi, MS and Margaret Ann Smith, Wiggins, MS.
